Exchange & Returns Policy

Exchange Policy:

  • You just liked the product, but you wished it came in a different shade, pattern, or size? we will be more than happy to exchange it for you. As long as it meets the condition.
  • You can raise your Exchange request within 2 days of delivery on email contact@anayadesignerstudio.com or contact us on Whatsapp: +918160707035.
  • Ready-to-wear products are not eligible for exchange or return due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons. We kindly request customers to carefully review product details, sizes, and descriptions before placing an order. For further assistance, our support team is always available to help ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • If the Customer does not send a request for an exchange product within 2 days then, our support team will not initiate an exchange request.
  • Regarding your product exchange, we are unable to provide a pickup service at this time; so you will need to send the product to our location at own cost.
  • For the Damage product, an opening video is compulsory.
  • When customers want highly-priced products in exchange, they have to pay the difference amount online. The exchange request does not Provide COD(Cash on Delivery).
  • We are Not Providing replacement in Stitched/Customized Products.
  • Customers must ship the product to our Address (the address is in the website's footer) for exchange orders. We are not able to provide you with any pickup services for Parcel.
  • We will provide you Exchange product when we received the returned product and confirm that it's been received in complete condition then we accept your product for one time exchange.
  • If you wish to exchange your product for a lower-priced item, we will ship the products as soon as we get it and refund the difference in the form of a coupon code.
  • No discount will be given on exchange orders.
  • For festival special outfits we are not accept return or exchange before 15 Days of Festival start.
  • When it comes to international orders (Out of India), we don't have a policy for exchanging or return products at the present time.
  • Our Team will Share you Process of the Exchange through Email or Whatsapp.
  • When customers want to exchange an item, they have to ship it back to our address. We don't have a pickup service at the present time.
  • We will not accept the Product from you if you make any alterations to it in any manner.

Process:

  • In that case, Customers have to ship the product to our address (the address is in the website's footer) for exchange orders. We are not able to provide you with any pickup services for Products.
  • For Damage Return:
  • We'll give you 100 Rupees to pay the cost of sending the parcel back to us, or else we will give you 200 Rupees if you accept the Product
  • If the Customer does not send a request for an return product within 2 days then, our support team will not initiate an return request.
  • For the Damage product, an opening video is compulsory.
  • If you forget to record an opening video of the package, we won't be able to help you with things like an exchange, return.

Apart from the conditions specified herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • If the request for a return or exchange is made more than 48 hours after receiving the shipment, the request will be denied.
  • If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
  • If the product is customized for you
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product

Cancellation Policy

  • If you want to cancel the order, you have to inform us within 24 hours of placing the Order.
  • The status of an order cannot be modified after it has been confirmed and shipped.
  • If you want to cancel your order before Shipped, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. Ensure that we deduct 6% of the entire order value. The remaining balance will be transferred to your account. if you do not receive your payments within 2-7 business days.   • Partially paid COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable. However, you may either choose to exchange the item for a different outfit or cancel the order entirely.

Variance around Color and Description

The website's descriptions of the available outfits include facts and product specifications close to the real values. While we take great care to ensure that the colours you see here are true, there may be variations depending on your monitor's colour settings and the conditions in which the photo was taken. Every customer who puts an order on anayadesignerstudio.com is fully aware of these little colour variations that may occur about the real product; therefore, the client should keep the slight variation in mind when placing an order.

Issues that are associated with Decorative

Clothes with decorations like pearls and sequences tend to break. This cannot be controlled completely without perfect handling, care, and packing. During physical transportation, some of them may get displaced; therefore, you need not be worried if this happens when you unpack or wear your clothes since it is a common occurrence.We do not accept returns or exchanges on festival special outfits before the 15-day of festivals.
